Adding School Directories to Your Site

I have to admit, I don't have a great technology solution for this type of content though I see agents deal with it in many different ways. Clients with children in school often make their home purchase decision based on school preference as one of the criteria. I have searched around on the internet for feeds to tie into and for a great way to link to school information. I even went overboard and created links to school information found at our local newspaper. I do get users to visit my site based on the link content but they don't contact us because of the content.

The only decent solution is to link to relevant school district and community school information sites. After a lot of work and little success I think that linking out as a referral source of good information is as valuable to a client as being the source of the content yourself (just make sure the referred site pops up in a new window so yours is still accessible to them).
